typical morning routine
Hello mochies!! 💜✨
Starting the day with all the refreshment we need is the key to starting the day strong mentally and physically
The purpose of this blog is not to provide you with timetables, but to help you establish a routine for the day
Now let's begin!!
First things first, let's wake up before we start the day. Second, make your bed. Everybody tells you this, but we do get lazy..but every time you see your bed throughout the day you feel organized.(A real time experience)
Next, go through your morning rituals and brush your teeth
A little cardio can do your mood some good, but if you're like me, and exercise rarely, feel free to skip this portion.
I think most of us journal our experiences in the morning, but setting affirmations and making a list of your daily tasks can really start your day off right
Then the bath! (Very important!. I won't mind if you skip any part of it but this is imperative). Keeping yourself clean physically will lead to a happy and healthy mental state (tested and proven)
Begin with the smallest of tasks on your to-do list and go from there
Sleep with all that satisfaction to wake up feeling fresh the next day.
